Things occur in life that cause plans to change. Work, illness, bad news and many other things happen which are unfortunate.  However, we need to fill our courses so we can pay our staff and run a viable business, and late cancellations and amendments mean that we won’t always have time to book someone else in your place. Therefore, the unfortunate financial loss of last minute changes or cancellations where we cannot re-sell the place must be met by the person who made the booking.

If you give us enough notice, we’ll change your date or refund you and re-sell your place. If we don’t have reasonable notice we can’t be so flexible, and therefore have the following terms and conditions relating to cancellations and amendments which are strictly adhered to:

Amendment or cancellation received 11 days or more before the course, workshop, event or training start date = full refund or date change at no cost.

Amendment or cancellation received 1-10 days before the course, workshop or training start date = no refund, but date change permitted by paying a fee of 33% of the workshop value.

Amendment or cancellation received 1 day or less before the course, workshop or training start date, or a no show = no refund, and date change not permitted.

For bookings made with a gift voucher, date changes can be made up 11 days or more before the date of the workshop at no cost, after which date changes can only be made by paying a fee of 33% of the workshop value.  Amendment or cancellation received 1 day or less before the course, workshop or training start date, or a no show = no refund, and date change not permitted.

If Coast & Capture has to cancel or reschedule a course, workshop, event or training our liability will be limited to a full refund of the amount paid.

When you book one of our courses or workshops, full payment is required in advance to confirm your place.
